Maya's Story

I started walking dogs with Nannies 4 Pets in December 2021. I wanted to increase my experience with animals while studying for my Wild Animal Biology Degree at the Royal Veterinary College.

 

During my degree, I have learned about providing good care for all different species, and am continuing to expand my knowledge.

 

Owning a German Shepherd dog has educated me on the ups and downs with training, and how to best handle certain situations.

 

I have owned fish and housed a guinea pig a few times previously, as well as helped to groom horses.

 

I really enjoy bonding with all types of animals, and hope that by interacting with them directly, I can improve my knowledge in working with pets.
